This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him. 1 John 5:14-15 NIV
So God has given both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us. This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. It leads us through the curtain into God’s inner sanctuary. Jesus has already gone in there for us. He has become our eternal High Priest in the order of Melchizedek. Hebrews 6:18-20 NLT
Devotion
There is a strong spirit of hope rising as the body of Christ intercedes and is activated by faith to stand up for life in the womb to be protected. At the Throne of Grace, under the headship of Jesus - our intercession, along with those interceding all around the world, is powerful to bring an end to abortion. We are joined by the blood of the Lamb who was slain – that blood is still crying out Mercy, and by Jesus who is our great High Priest who ever lives to intercede for us (Heb 7:25-26), and through the intercession of the Holy Spirit.
Our hope is in Jesus for the unborn - He is the anchor for our souls as we diligently seek Him for the lives of babies that might be aborted. We seek Him for all those caught in this web of evil - that they find the freedom only found in salvation through Him. We have hope in the day when the overturning of legalized abortion will reverberate like shockwaves across the nations as minds are free and light opens the blind eyes to see the new and living way. Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying. Romans 12:12NLT

Prayer
Heavenly Father, we thank and praise you, for you are great and mighty. Our confident hope is in you. Your ways are perfect and holy. We look to you and persevere in prayer knowing that we are not alone but are praying according to your heart for the unborn to have life abundant – that life that Jesus came to give to all.
Thank you that you hear all the prayers and intercession for the end to abortion. By faith, we are expecting to see the triumph you won over death being established on behalf of the innocent in the womb. Thank you for the diligence and faithfulness of your people to see this through without wavering.
We ask for your favour and abundant blessings on the Walk for Life 2024 today in the city of Adelaide. Let every word spoken and every interaction with those gathering bring fresh revelation from You. Open our eyes, ears, and hearts to receive Your Word and Your truth. Also for those who can’t be there, Lord reveal Your will for all our lives. We were born for such a time as this. Speak to us through Your Holy Spirit, illuminating the good works you have preordained for us to walk in. Help us to approach Your Word with humility and a teachable spirit, ready to receive new understanding and insight. May Your truth transform us and equip us to live as Your ambassadors in this world as advocates for the vulnerable.
Thank you for your divine position as great High Priest - we place our confidence in your holiness and your mercy. Lord, enable us to arise empowered as your people, to be vessels of your powerful presence, to eradicate death and destruction that kill the people through abortion. We stand strong in you Lord and the power of Your might. We walk in the light and we see your mighty victory in our days. We bow before you and say Worthy is the Lamb to receive all glory and honor and wisdom and wealth and power! We bless your holy name and lift you high today! In Jesus, Yeshuas wonderful Name Amen.

Pray the Love Adelaide - Walk for Life 2024 today Feb 10th 10am-12pm will be a blessing to all who attend, that this family friendly event will give glory to our Lord. Pray for health for everyone especially the overseas guest speaker, leaders and volunteers. That it be fruitful and continue to strengthen in effectiveness and momentum to see a reversal of the horrific laws legalising abortion even to birth.
Pregnancy Help Australia National Conference this weekend in Adelaide to be a time of blessing and growth for all the delegates, for grace empowerment for the future effective ministry to continue from strength to strength
· We pray for every state and territory of Australia to recognise that every life is a gift from God - for the church to arise in the cause of defending life in the womb from the horror of abortion and come together to stand for life. For greater numbers to be in attendance at the “Walk for Life Adelaide” 10th Feb 2024 and “March for Life” Brisbane - date TBA, Mackay “March for the Babies” October, “March for the Babies” Melbourne, Love Sydney Walk for Life TBA, Perth’s rally for Life in May and for all Territories and States to join in and hold a Walk for Life in their city/region.
Even though every state in Australia has changed Legislation to allow abortion up to birth, we can all work together to change such legislation. It's all about numbers - Pray that we unify and work together to make abortion unthinkable in Australia. Pray for the number of awakened righteous politicians and leaders in every sphere of influence to increase and be empowered and emboldened to change the laws and influence this generation with the truth about abortion.
Ask for many more churches across the nation to be aware of the women in their midst who are suffering through having had an abortion. To have spiritual discernment to identify women with a crisis pregnancy who need the help, hope and love of Jesus to keep the baby or choose adoption into a loving home. That every church be a trusted place of mercy and compassion to be known and operating as Houses of Refuge for the unborn and families. For Hubs of Love to be established in every city and town in the nation.
· It is crucial for Australians to stand united and shout out for the Babies Born Alive through failed abortion to be given life-saving treatment and care and not left to die. Pray for the Babies Born Alive Bill to be debated and the senate to now vote. Senator Matt Canavan, Senator Ralph Babet and Senator Alex Antic have co-signed a bill to give babies born alive from abortion a right to life. No More Delay! Let this become a loud election issue for this government. Hear first hand a midwifes grief and Born Alive after a failed abortion story.
